During IMPACT you’ll be engaged in many different activities to help you grow personally and professionally including:
Preparation Season: Starting with a strengths assessment, we begin to understand your passions and values so we can help you apply your talents to develop your ideas into successful ventures. Students will also be asked to submit an idea for a business model, ministry opportunity, product concept, non-profit organization, or a real-world issue that they want to focus on during the Immersion Week.
Building from the ideas and strengths submitted in the Preparation Season students will be strategically placed in diverse collaborative teams composed of students from around the world to develop their ideas and be equipped to transform these ideas into winning concepts. Students will work with Taylor University faculty, University student Peer Mentors, network with world-class business and nonprofit leaders, and compete for actual prize money for the best project pitch.
Following the one-week residential camp, students have the opportunity to continue developing their concepts through virtual and in-person workshops and exclusive professional development events.
