Habecker Hall Reservations

Newly completed in 2024, Habecker Hall in Taylor University’s Hodson Dining Commons offers premium event space for up to 640 people.

Habecker Hall (East, West, and South)
  • Seats 640 guests (400 guest minimum)

See rates below for use of specific spaces for four (4) hours or less.

  • Seats 340 guests (150 guest minimum)

  • $175 per additional hour
Habecker West
  • Seats 150 guests

  • $75 per additional hour
Habecker East
  • Seats 90 guests
  • $250
  • $50 per additional hour
Braden Room
  • Seats 36 guests
  • $100
  • $25 per additional hour

  • Events must be scheduled at least four (4) weeks in advance but no more than 120 days.
  • University events take priority.
  • Weddings and dancing are not permitted on campus.
  • Signage is not included.
  • $250 fee if cancellation is less than 10 business days from event.
