Working in higher education can be the most rewarding experience you’ll ever have. You'll invest in the lives of college students during a critical time in their physical, mental, and spiritual development. Can you imagine a more exciting, meaningful, or fulfilling way to spend a lifetime?
Our fully residential two-year program is unique among higher education programs across the country. MAHE offers a 40-credit hour Master of Arts degree in Higher Education—at one of the best Christian higher education programs in the United States. All courses are taught in person on Taylor University’s campus over two academic years.
Based on your personal area of interest, every MAHE student will be placed in a graduate assistantship. Each assistantship is designed as an educational experience providing marketable skills and an annual stipend valued between $7,500 and $9,000.
You will have multiple opportunities to learn, live, and work alongside others within a Christ-centered community. This cohort model allows for depth in Christian fellowship, relationships, learning, and growth throughout the graduate school experience.
We are grateful and honored by your interest in the MAHE program, and we are excited to get to know you through the admissions process.
AdmissionsSince 2007, MAHE has not only helped shape institutional operations and enhance community life at Taylor but has also become a critical ingredient of the unique brand of whole-person education for which Taylor is so well-known. Our graduate program student retention rate is 95 percent—this means we are invested in your successful completion of the program.
Nearly 100 percent of MAHE graduates are currently or were previously employed at nearly 100 colleges and universities across the country and around the world, including public and private liberal arts and research universities, community colleges, and Ivy League academies.
