Industrial-Organizational psychology is a rapidly growing field as more and more companies seek to improve their workers’ performance and satisfaction with their work.
With this minor, you’ll learn to apply psychological principles to individuals, teams, and organizations with the goal of improving the workplace.
Industrial-Organizational psychology examines productivity, workplace motivation and satisfaction, structure of work and human factors, training and development, and other aspects of innovating work. At Taylor, we approach this study from a perspective of developing compassionate, wise leaders who are equipped to manage today’s diverse workforce. With Christ’s example before us, students explore factors and strategies they can use to be His light in their future careers.
