Semester Study Abroad

Explore our diverse study abroad programs to find the best fit for your major and further enhance your Taylor experience. Taylor offers three study abroad programs to Ireland, China, and Ecuador through the university and partners with other organizations to expand students’ options.

Taylor Study Abroad Programs

  • China Semester Program: Study abroad during spring semester in Xi’an, China. The China Semester program allows a general education study abroad experience where students can indulge in Asian culture, participate in an international practicum, and study foreign language, history, and art.   • Ecuador Semester Program: Spend fall or spring semester immersed in Latin American culture at Universidad del Azuay in Cuenca, Ecuador. Take advanced classes in Biology, Business, Christian Education, and Exercise Science, as well as general education courses in history, literature, and science. Learn more about this program.
  • Irish Studies Programme: Explore Greystones, Ireland, and gain a rich cultural experience while taking a variety of general education courses, including courses in history, arts, and theology. Learn more about this program.

Apply to Study Abroad Programs

Admission can be competitive depending on your chosen program, and applicants are evaluated based on the written application, GPA, letters of reference, and a personal interview. Good academic, social, and financial standing with the University are also requirements for acceptance.
