Biography

I graduated from Indiana University with a BA and an MA from Grace College. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, substance abuse and family issues. I rely broadly on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; however, I enjoy using a broad range of counseling techniques and theories. I enjoy being challenged physically and intellectually which motivates me to engage in all kinds of endeavors while focusing on time and fun with my ever-growing family.
