Vice President, Chief of Staff, and Chief Information Officer
Chris has worked in higher education his entire career. After graduating from Gordon College, he spent 23 years at Gordon, beginning as a PC Hardware Specialist, eventually becoming Vice President of Administration. Chris joined the Taylor staff in 2022 as the Chief Information Officer, adding the roles of Vice President and Chief of Staff in 2024. With over 20 years of management experience, Chris enjoys using his God-given sense of organization to coordinate with people and manage operations.
Chris and his wife, Emily, have two adult children and enjoy being involved in their community. Chris volunteers with the local county ambulance and they both serve in their church’s music ministry. They love spending time outside hiking and going for bike rides, and they have a Labradoodle named Indy and three friendly outdoor cats. Above all, Chris and Emily seek to share the Good News of the gospel and live as devoted Christ followers.
