I love working with students to grapple with complex environmental challenges. I especially enjoy the opportunity to explore how the Christian faith calls us to care for creation, to serve others (especially the needy), and to know God through His creation. I am looking forward to helping students discern God’s calling in their lives and guiding them in careers in sustainable development.
I enjoy making compost, gardening organically, cooking with fresh produce and then composting the scraps. I am also interested in improving access to healthy food to support nutrition and healthy lifestyles.
