Work created by students, alumni, and faculty in Taylor University’s Film and Media Production program have achieved honors from the Broadcast Education Association (BEA) during its annual Festival of Media Arts competition.
The BEA (www.beaweb.org) is recognized as “the premier international academic media organization, driving insights, excellence in media production, and career advancement for educators, students, and professionals.”
“These honors from the BEA recognize the excellent work of the faculty and students in our program,” said Kathy Bruner, Professor of Film and Media and department co-chair. “The goal of our film and media program is to refine, train, and equip gifted storytellers. Honors like these from the BEA are especially gratifying in that they represent an external, unbiased assessment of their skills and work.”
