Robert Wallstrom is an experienced leader focused on positioning organizations for purpose-driven success. He is a retail executive with extensive brand management expertise, proven leadership abilities, and a record of driving growth. As an advocate for the power of business to create positive influence and outcomes for people and communities, Wallstrom places a unique focus on building organizations with strong cultures that strive to positively impact all stakeholders. Wallstrom has led Vera Bradley, Inc. (VRA) as President and Chief Executive Officer since 2013, executing the company’s business transformation while also championing corporate social responsibility, associate engagement, and philanthropy initiatives. From 2007 to 2013, Wallstrom was President of Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, the outlet division of Saks Fifth Avenue. Previously, Wallstrom was Group Senior Vice President and General Manager of Saks’ flagship New York City store from 2002 to 2007.

Mike Minogue is a West Point graduate who became an Army Ranger. During his service in the US military, he led a platoon during Operation Desert Storm. For over 18 years, Mike served as the Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Abiomed, Inc. (NASDAQ: ABMD), the only medical device company focused on heart recovery. Abiomed is driven by four principles: recovering hearts and saving lives, leading in technology and innovation, growing shareholder value and sustaining a winning culture of putting patients first. As a US military veteran, Mike co-founded and serves on the board of MedTechVets, a nonprofit organization committed to helping military veterans network with industry mentors to discover career opportunities in the life sciences industry.

Kurt Keilhacker is a startup veteran and has served as CEO, GM, or CFO at several companies in Silicon Valley. Prior to Elementum, Kurt founded and invested in more than 50 companies across the US and Europe through TechFund Capital and TechFund Europe. Currently, he is the Board Chair of Praxis, and he also serves on the Dean's Council at Harvard Divinity School and on the AMG Funds Board. Kurt is a graduate of Wheaton College and earned an MBA from the University of Chicago, an MLA from Stanford, and an MTS from Harvard.
