When you come to Taylor University, have your passport ready to go.
Global engagement is central to what you’ll experience here. It’s what you’ll talk about in classes, what you’ll hear in chapel, the travel you’ll do, and the events you’ll go to with your friends. We’re committed to sending Taylor to the world and bringing the world to Taylor through the Spencer Center for Global Engagement.
The Spencer Center for Global Engagement was established in January 2006 to expand the university’s ability to dynamically integrate Christian faith, life-long learning, and global service. It serves as a conduit for collaboration and innovation to unify and to reinforce Taylor’s purpose of whole person education and ministering Christ’s redemptive love, grace, and truth to a world in need. The Center also significantly enhances Taylor’s historical strength in global outreach, evangelism, and intercultural learning opportunities.
