Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Step into high-demand nursing jobs as a compassionate, knowledgeable, Christ-honoring nurse who is equipped to serve a world in need.

Rooted in a rich tapestry of science, compassion, and hands-on learning, our BSN program is designed to empower students in the knowledge, skills, and values needed to excel in health care. The first clinical cohort will begin in 2025.

Combining Biblical and Scientific Study

At Taylor University, our faith in God informs the way that we see the natural world and the natural world points us back to the Creator. The human body is central to God’s creation. God gives and sustains life, but our physical bodies still feel the effects of sin. Yet God graciously invites his people into the redemptive work of restoring God’s kingdom on earth–including the treatment of the human body.

The beauty of an education at Taylor is that we prioritize both biblical and scientific study. This unique integration of faith and learning will prepare you to be a knowledgeable nurse who is equipped to handle dilemmas and obligations that will meet you in your profession. We wholeheartedly embrace the command of Scripture to “Be kind and compassionate to one another” (Ephesians 4:32).

Through Bible classes and a liberal arts education, you will be well-prepared to deliver compassionate care in your nursing profession. Not only will you be a great nurse, you’ll be a great nurse who loves God and cares for people.
