Grants are a kind of financial assistance that do not need to be repaid. A grant is usually awarded based on a certain level of financial need or other requirements. Most grants require that the FAFSA is filed each year.
Type of Aid: Matching Grant
Amount: Taylor matches up to $2,000 per academic year
Eligibility: Open to all students
Description: Taylor University will match your church’s gift up to $2,000 per year per student, or a maximum of $1,000 per semester per student. The church must submit the Church Matching Grant Pledge Form by April 1. Funds for entire academic year must be received no later than July 1. Churches may make their payment online.

About: Pastor Otha Aden graduated from Fort Wayne Bible College (now Taylor University) and planted several churches regionally. He was active in discipling and encouraging young preachers and their congregations, and he was a founding member of the Baptist Fellowship Association. Pastor Aden’s love for Jesus, the Church, and his community continues to impact Taylor today.
