On-Campus Apartments

Apartment-style living at Taylor has much to offer students who are looking for a transitional area to call home. Options include Campbell, Wolgemuth, and Delta apartments as well as the brand-new Residential Village Townhomes. As upperclassmen continue to live in community with friends and fellow students, there is a unique opportunity to engage in neighborly living as well as special programming and discipleship opportunities. Students who are looking for a chance to live in a more independent environment yet still be involved on campus can opt to live in one of these spaces conveniently located on or close to campus.

Campbell Hall and Wolgemuth Hall

Campbell Hall and Wolgemuth Hall are apartment residence halls on the north side of campus that are open for upperclassmen only. Campbell Hall consists of fifteen individual apartments housing 60 students, and Wolgemuth can house 92 students.

Upperclass students can apply in groups of four to live in the apartments. The two-bedroom apartments are fully furnished with beds, dressers, desks, wardrobes, living room furniture, and dining furniture. Each apartment has a full kitchen, but students must provide kitchen supplies. Microwaves are not permitted, but are provided in the first floor common areas. Laundry facilities are located in the basements.
