Taylor’s Sport Management major will give you practical knowledge of how to lead, create, and manage sports programs of all kinds. Our Sport Management grads have been hired by professional sports teams such as the Indiana Pacers, Florida Marlins, Los Angeles Galaxy, Phoenix Mercury, NASCAR, as well as organizations like Michigan State University, CSE Marketing, and XOS Digital Media and Advertising.

Internships & Practicums

Internships and practicums give you direct hands-on experience in the Sports Management field. This program requires one extended internship and two shorter practicums. Past students have completed these requirements with:

  • United States Olympic Training Center
  • Cleveland Browns
  • Indiana Pacers
  • Michigan State University
  • Eastbrook High School

Our students have also volunteered at the Big Ten Conference Basketball and Football Championships and the Super Bowl.
