Coaching (Minor)

Prepare for sport-related opportunities in coaching, leadership, recreation, and athletic and sport ministry  

If you are passionate about becoming a coach, Taylor’s Coaching minor will prepare you with classes on the principles, methods, and psychology of coaching. Learn everything from injury prevention and care to exercise and fitness techniques to organization and administration methods. 

Every Coaching minor completes a practicum in coaching or sports. This minor pairs well with majors in Exercise Science, Sport Management, and Education.
